Updated: Sep 25, 2020

  • Wake up and think positive thoughts only.

You may think this is hard work, but all it takes is one, "i am a boss and no one can get in my head!" then you'll be set to have a good morning therefore a good day!

  • Better yourself by reading.

Reading can strengthens the brain, increase empathy, build vocabulary, prevent brain disfunction, reduce stress and aid sleep, along with many other benefits.

  • Write down your worries.

It is a helpful habit to have a journal to write down what you are feeling and anything that can allow you to have a good day or good night's sleep.

  • Find a reason to smile about yourself.

No matter who or what happens, you are your biggest supporter and bully, so if you find something incredible about yourself, which you will because everyone is amazing inside and out you will feel much more confident when you walk on the street!!

  • Accept the things you can't change.

You are not God, so you can't control a lot of the things in your life, so you should accept that. Things will come out twice as good when you are patient and don't try to change fate.

  • See your failures as lessons, instead.

When you tried to play the piano or volleyball, you fell right? Yeah, so did every other kid who wanted to play volleyball or the piano, but it's the step after the fall that counts. When you see your failure as a lesson, you get better because you're taking a positive attitude towards what just happened.

These tips will help you to gain self-confidence in yourself, I hope. I hope you enjoyed this article and have an amazing day!
